Welcome back Students and Parents! The Woodford County Food Service Program is excited about this school year! We will be introducing more homemade items, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables to ALL SCHOOLS this school year.
The Woodford County Schools Child Nutrition Program provides nutritionally balanced low cost or free meals to our students at each school every day. Our meals provide, on average, no more than 30 percent calories from fat and no more than 10 percent from saturated fat. Our meals include a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, low-fat milk and whole grain products. Low sugar and low sodium foods are also offered daily.
Eating healthy helps children grow, develop and do well in school. Healthy eating habits also prevent childhood and adolescent problems such as obesity.
Our menus at all schools are subject to change without notice due to availability. Pre-payment of your child's lunch and breakfast is encouraged.
** Does your child have any special diet needs or food allergies? If so, please contact the Food Service Manager at their school. They will give you a form to be completed so that we may meet all special dietary needs for all students...
